About Me

Hello & Welcome!!! 

My name is Lauren & I have been a professional licensed massage therapist since 2010 and I am currently licensed in the state of New York.

My past experiences ranges from spas, wellness centers, multiple chiropractors & physical therapy offices.

I am knowledgeable in a wide variety of modalities such as medical massage, swedish, prenatal, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure, cupping & gua sha. I specialize in medical massage which is mainly focused on a specific targeted area. My work usually consists a mixture of deep tissue, acupressure & energy healing.

I am often told that my hands have a mind of their own & each session are always personalized to your needs & comfort level. I am extremely big on energy & am very attuned when it comes to listening to the body. Massage Therapy is my passion!!! My art!!! My craft!!! I take my medical profession VERY seriously & I bring "The Healing" to a whole new level & my intentions are always neutral & pure!

Currently, I am not doing home visits & I am by appointment only. At the time of setting an appointment, please note that a non refundable deposit of $50 is required in order to lock in your time slot. Your deposit will be applied towards your session at the day of your appointment. 

* I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you fail to notify me by then, your deposit becomes non refundable & non redeemable. Non-negotiable. *

* If you're running late for your appointment & I have a client after you, please understand that your time will be cut & no extra time will be honored & you will also be charged for the full session!!! *
